Delivery method

Our delivery time for our stock products is usually 1-5 working days. We aim to process orders received within two working days of the order being placed. If a product is out of stock, we will inform the customer by phone or e-mail. You can choose the delivery method:

  • Postal Package – Delivered to the selected parcel locker or Posti service point: €6.90 (usually 2-3 business days).
  • Small Package – Delivered to your door or mailbox: €2.90 (usually 3-5 business days).

  • Bring – Delivered to the selected locker or service point: 29,00kr (estimated delivery time is 2-4 days)
  • PostNord MyPack Collect – Pickup from a PostNord parcel locker: 69,00kr (delivery time 2-3 business days)
  • Free delivery on orders over 150€.

Germany

  • Post Parcel Connect – Delivered to your doorstep. If the recipient cannot be reached during the first delivery attempt, the package will be available for pickup at a collection point: 2,90€ (delivery time: 3-4 business days)
  • PostNord MyPack Collect – Pickup from a PostNord parcel locker: 7,50€ (delivery time 2-6 business days)
  • Free delivery on orders over 150€.

Estonia

Guarantee

Hehku meat thermometers come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing or material defects from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover damage caused by use. For more information about the warranty terms, please contact [email protected]

Return Policy

Satisfaction guarantee

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for Hehku meat thermometers. The right of return applies only to new, unused, and resalable products, including their original packaging. Customers are responsible for exchange, cancellation, and return shipping costs. The most affordable return option is typically Posti’s small package (around €5.90). The cancellation period ends 30 days after receiving the product. Before returning a product, please notify us first by email at [email protected] so we can expect your return. When returning a product, please include:

  • Order number
  • Name of website
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Your bank account number (IBAN)

Following a notice of cancellation, the customer must return the goods or hand them over to us without delay, but no later than 7 days after the notice of cancellation has been given.

04200 Kerava Failure to collect the package does not constitute a return of the order. We charge 15€ for uncollected parcels. Once the return has been accepted, the money will be returned to the given account, after the return has been received and processed.
