Delivery method

Our delivery time for our stock products is usually 1-5 working days. We aim to process orders received within two working days of the order being placed. If a product is out of stock, we will inform the customer by phone or e-mail. You can choose the delivery method:

Finland:

  • Postal Package – Delivered to the selected parcel locker or Posti service point: 6.90€ (usually 2-3 business days).
  • Small Package – Delivered to your door or mailbox: 2.90€ (usually 3-5 business days).

Åland:

  • Postal Package: 2.90€ (usually 3-4 business days).

Sweden:

  • PostNord MyPack Collect – Pick up from a PostNord parcel locker: SEK 49.00 (delivery time 4–5 business days).
  • Bring – Delivered to the selected parcel locker or service point: SEK 69.00 (estimated delivery time 5–7 business days).

Germany:

  • UPS Standard – Delivery to your door: 2.90€ (usually 3–6 business days).

Estonia:

  • PostNord MyPack Collect – Pick up from a PostNord parcel locker: 2,90€ (usually 2-6 business days).

 

Free delivery on orders over 150€.

Payment methods

You can pay online using the following payment methods:

Finland and Åland

  • Verifone, you can pay using your online banking ID and mobile payments.
    • Online banks: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Oma Säästöpankki, POP Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki and Ålandsbanken
    • Mobile payments: MobilePay and Siirto
  • Credit card / debit card you can pay with payment cards.

Sweden and Germany

Warranty

Hehku meat thermometers come with a 2-year warranty for manufacturing or material defects from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover damage caused by use. For more information about the warranty terms, please contact support@hehkumeat.com

Exchanges and Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Hehku meat thermometers. The right of return applies only to products that are in like-new, resalable condition. Please note that this also includes the original retail packaging. The customer is responsible for all exchange, cancellation, and return costs.

Always notify us by email at support@hehkumeat.com, before returning a product so we know to expect the return.

Please include the following information with your return:

After submitting a cancellation notice, the customer must return the products or hand them over to us without delay, and no later than 7 days after submitting the cancellation notice.

Failure to collect a parcel is not considered a return. We charge a €15 fee for uncollected parcels.

Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the provided bank account after the return has been received and processed.

Defective Product

If the product arrives defective, please contact us by email at support@hehkumeat.com and include a brief description containing the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect
  • When and how the defect was discovered
