Good hardware, but the software could be better. The cooking guide isn’t good enough. It recommends cooking pork medium-rare, same with fish. I googled the temperatures and use those instead because I don’t trust the guide. Everything else works very well.

Hi there, thanks for the feedback! It’s not quite that simple with pork — just judging by the color of the meat isn’t a reliable way to tell if it’s safe to eat. For example, the USDA states (https://ask.usda.gov/s/article/To-what-temperature-should-I-cook-pork) that the minimum internal temperature for pork chops and roasts should be 62.8 °C (145 °F), while fully cooked pork reaches about 71 °C (160 °F). In general, fattier cuts always require a higher degree of doneness.
With salmon it’s a different story: fresh salmon is safe to eat even raw, so you can pick the doneness that suits your taste with full confidence. At 32–42 °C the salmon is still reddish inside, which is great for example in Asian-style dishes. At 42–52 °C it’s slightly more cooked through but still moist — 42 °C is often considered the perfect doneness. If you prefer salmon fully cooked, go for 62 °C, which cooks it through without drying it out.

Hi. It worked perfectly, the meat turned out juicy and tender. Unfortunately one of the thermometers stopped working, but a new thermometer was sent out right away and it works well. Fast service

It works, I had a problem on Christmas Eve while cooking the ham and got help and advice right away despite the timing. I’ve never experienced customer service working this well before, and they were able to guide me so the devices started working. Super big thanks, I recommend it.

Very easy to connect to the phone, good Bluetooth. I had the thermometer in the smoker outside and it still stayed connected indoors, about 30 m apart.

Got the Hehku Duo to use in my electric smoker, which is in a wooden outbuilding. Had absolutely no problems staying connected to the thermometer even when I was inside the house. Easy to use, good app, and I’m completely satisfied.

The product is exactly what I expected. It does what it promises and I’ve liked it. If there’s anything bad to say, the probes could have some kind of marking so you can tell them apart when they’re in the grill at the same time in two different pieces of meat.
