By ordering products from the Hehkumeat.com online store, the customer accepts these valid delivery and contract terms. Hehkumeat.com sells products to businesses, organizations, and private individuals who are at least 16 years old. Orders from customers under 18 require the consent of a guardian. Product prices include the current value-added tax (25.5%). We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

When ordering products from Hehkumeat.com online store, the customer must provide all required personal, contact, and payment information accurately and completely. The customer is responsible for ensuring the correctness and timeliness of the provided information. Hehku is not responsible if the customer does not receive their order, order confirmation, other documents, or refunds due to incorrect information. Orders are placed through the electronic order form on Hehkumeat.com. The customer agrees to the valid delivery terms with each order.
Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed via email, including details of ordered products, price, delivery address, and shipping costs. The order confirmation requires a valid email address.

The online store’s payment intermediaries are Verifone, Stripe, Klarna ja PayPal.
- Payment services are provided by Verifone Finland Oy (0943819-9), a licensed payment institution authorized by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Payments are processed in Verifone Finland Oy’s secure environment. Verifone Finland Oy appears as the payee on account statements and card invoices. For other payment methods, Hehku Company Oy appears as the payee. Transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Credit card details are not stored in our system but are processed securely in Verifone’s PCI DSS-certified environment.

Products and delivery costs can be paid using the following payment methods, depending on the country. Hehku Company does not reimburse any bank or credit company fees incurred by the customer.

Delivery Time
For stock items, the delivery time is usually 1-5 business days. Orders are processed within two business days. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified via phone or email. If an ordered product is on backorder, the entire order will be shipped once the stock is replenished.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Shipping costs include postage fees. The shipping cost is displayed after selecting the payment and delivery method in the shopping cart. Orders are shipped as postal parcels or small packages, as chosen by the customer.

We reserve the right to modify our delivery terms. The customer must review the valid terms before placing an order.
Liability Limitations
All offers are subject to availability. We are not responsible for temporary stock shortages. Hehku is not liable for technical issues on the website affecting order processing. Product details such as colors and materials are indicative and may vary slightly. We regularly update our website, and information may differ from previous descriptions. Hehku is not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure.
Return and Exchange Policy, Right of Withdrawal
Defective Product:
If a product arrives defective, contact us at [email protected] before returning it. Include the following details:

- Description of the defect
- When and how the defect was noticed
Instructions for proceeding will be provided.
Customer Returns:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on Hehku meat thermometers. Returns are accepted only for unused, resalable products, including the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The withdrawal period ends 30 days after receipt of the product.
Include your contact details (name, address, phone number) and bank account number with the return.

Returns will not be accepted more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Finnish law, provided that the customer retains the protection granted under their country of residence.

Issues with Shipping and Defective Products
If a product is lost during shipping, damaged, or the wrong item is received, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Reports of incorrect deliveries or defective products must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. If a package is damaged in transit, report it immediately to the postal service.
